claim status notes

i would like to see if there are any claim status notes without having to click on the claim status box on the bottom left of the claim. it would make our jobs so much easier by enabling a preview of the notes or adding a symbol like a musical not...

Pull any type of report by date range

Being able to pull any type or report, whether is aging, procedure, etc but by date range!

Claim Status Notes

Claim status notes are now "hidden" and we now have to double click to open and read notes. Please go back to automatically seeing notes without clicking to open the note section. So much easier to see the notes at a glance when you open the claim.

Eliminate combining like items on claim

When performing multiple x-rays or IV sedations, they are combined on the claim form and insurance companies do not always have the ability to see that there are 5 x-rays or 8 units of IV sedation

EXPIRATION DATES FOR PREAUTHS.... Preauthorizations expire at different time for different insurance companies. UHC is 90 days, UHC AARP is 180 days, MetLife is 1yr, etc.

MOVE Pt Information icons in Claims Manager to the LEFT

Consolidate the ICONS on the RIGHT over the claim details to the LEFT with all the others. This would make it easier to click in and out of each claim.
