Able to add different ins po box address for pre-authorization claims sent by mail

Anthem Blue Cross now has a different PO Box address for pre-authorizations. If mailed to the claims address Anthem will not forward to the new PO Box address.

IV sedation D9243 always entered separately not combined

IV sedation has D9239 for 1st 15 min and D9243 listed twice for each additional 15 minutes. Dentrix is combining D9239 as one price therefore the insurance company is just paying for 1 - 15 minutes session instead of 2 and shorting the provider on...
