Better reporting - CARRIERS AND PARTICIPANTS - Excel spreadsheet less than favorable

Dentrix is so much better than Eaglesoft except for reports. Should not have to request software come up with a new report for something as simple as sorting. Disenchanted.

Option to keep a claim open after 1st payment received, for example orthodontics has quarterly payments

This way when I run an claims aging report, it will show up on the report and I can keep an eye on it.

being able to break Insurance adjustments by each insurance

This would really help to see how much each insurance company is writing off with procedures and seeing if the accept our fee schedule or not

Please make it so we can put the correct NPI numbers in the boxes that need per insurance requirements. Need to be able to change box J, box 32 a. and bos 33 a. on the HCFA 1500 form thank you!
