Add zip code and subscriber's DOB when printing insurance claim aging report

When I call insurance company's they ask for subscriber's zip code and DOB. I need to look in Family File to get the information. I have all the other information on the printed report.

Please add a setting where we can make secondary insurance "Non-Duplicating"

Please add a setting on the Insurance, where we can click on and it will automatically calculate in the treatment plan that secondary will not pay if it is non-duplicating.

Separate max for Ortho

Need to add an Ortho Max column that is separate from the annual max. So when treatment planning Ortho it will not read from the annual max.

Be able to attach the same narrative for every eclaim

I would like to be able to attach a narrative (D1999 PPE Fee) to every claim that is sent out by having a master claim document that I can attach that too so I don't have to manually put it in every time.

Need the signature on file to be checked every time

Under primary Dental insurance the signature on file box has release of information box and assignment of benefits that need to be checked every time sometimes are not. We need this checked every time.
