Add new routing number for Delta Dental of Michigan

Delta dental of Michigan has a different routing number than what Dentrix has for submission for e-claims so all of Delta dental's claims have to be manually inputted.

Update Insurance address in bulk

BCBS MI is changing all claims addresses November 1, 2019 From Detroit MI to Milwaukee Wi. We have Many, Many different groups/companies that use BCBS MI. Unfortunately this can only done individually for each.

Re-queue Electronic EOB

We have the ability to resend questionaires from E-central to our dentrix, can the same be done for E-eob's when they are visible in the reports but have not come into the batch eob process of Dentrix.

change the format once presented on visit form to print downward instead of side ways. insurance information gets lost when printed sideways.

Include inactivated & archived patients to Insurance carrier list

If we can see the archived and inactivated patients on the insurance carrier list we could delete insurance plans for the patients we no longer see which would decrease the amount of plans in our system

Range of teeth numbers for SRP

When doing localized SRP, insurance companies request the tooth number(s), the ability to add the teeth would make the claims process so much better. i.e. #11, #12 or #13, #15

To be able to generate an insurance report showing percentage of patients in a customizable range of dates.

To be able to generate an insurance carrier report showing the percentage of active patients attached to each carrier in a customizable date range. Also, this report should be downloadable to Excel file.

PLEASE MAKE A WAY TO REMOVE THE BATCHED INSURANCE NOTES

WE DO NOT NEED THESE NOTES. THEY ARE STUPID AND REDUNDANT AND WE KNOW HOW TO MAKE SURE CLAIMS ARE FILED TO INSURANCE WITHOUT THEM. NOW, WITH THE 7.9 UPDATE, WE CAN'T REMOVE THE STUPID THINGS FROM INSURANCE STATUS. WAY TO GO DENTRIX.
