Insurance plans that do not count preventative services against annual maximums
Dentrix does not have a way currently to track an accurate annual maximum on plans where preventative and diagnostic services do NOT count toward the annual maximum. D0010 through D1999 should have a feature or box to click that exempts them from it.

Last updated button for insurance
Please bring back the last updated button for the insurance. There are so many times I wished that I could see when an insurance plan was put into the system. A patient's effective date may be 1/1/24, but we could have entered it in July!

Claim Manager add past 30, 60, 90 Filter
In the new claim manager feature. It would be great to add a 30, 60, 90 day quick buttons so you could work on past due claims without seeing all the current claims pending like the Insurance aging report.

Change a 6 series to an FMX without deleting whole claim
I wish there was a way to bill out 4 bw and 2 pas but when insurance comes back and downgrades to an FMX I wish there was something we could do instead of deleting claim and adjusting that way.

Add additionl payment type options on insurance claims
This would allow office to add an electronic payment from Met Electronic or Aetna Electronic. This allows faster audit of payments posted as electronic payments can be a hassle.

4 claims out of 10 goes un responsive from insurance even they are accepted on ecentral. when i call insurance and tell them its accepted from our side. they asking for claim#. the one we have is not useful for them. hence we cant use it as timely...
