Being able to have separate accounts for patients that have the same insurance account.

When an older child or divorced spouse have the same insurance account due to subscriber...you have to have the same family account. Need to be able to have the option to separate these patients and still have account with the subscriber/insurance...

Would like the option to "hide" accounts/claims by right clicking in "claims manager" after reviewing and following up on the claim. This would mirror how the collections manager currently works.

Claim Status ID number

When claims are sent, please add the Claim number to the claim status notes area on the patient ledger. This would make it so much better when calling insurance carrier for outstanding claim.

Attachments for eclaims.

Insurance companies are not receiving attachments that are sent with a CHC#. When attachments were sent with NEA #s, the attachments were received and insurance companies were able to open them. So many of the claims I submit now have to be resubm...
