Electronic Signatures on Treatment Plans

As most offices are trying to go paperless during these uncertain times with COVID-19, it would be great if we could have patients electronically sign their treatment plan estimate and only print out a copy for the patient's records.

Adding additional columns to perio chart

Would like to add additional columns to perio chart to include attached & unattached gingiva and keratinized gingiva measurements. More insurance companies are requesting this information.

Info box on chart to show wears ng, hx of perio, wears snore guard, ect

We need a place to put important info that stays up for us the whole appointment and stays with the chart. Pops ups are great for the person who opens the chart but as a doc or hygienist sits down to see a patient that pop up is useless.

In the Perio chart should be able to change teeth to primary teeth

This is a Pediatric office,,, Perio chart only shows permanent teeth ,,, it does not give me the options to so a perio exam on a Mixed dentition case
