Decision tree for Clinical Note Template

Add an option to create Clinical Notes as a decision tree. Especially where I could back up to a previous step. Now if I choose a wrong option I have to cancel and start all over again.

Start and End date of pt in ortho on chart.

It would be nice to have a spot quickly visible that would state if a patient is in braces and what the start/expected end date is. Attached is an example

Increase email size in Print Treatment Case window.

The number of characters for email in the Print Treatment Case window is limited so my email cannot be placed on patients treatment plans

Be able to add other allergies and medical conditions that are not prelisted.

The health history pop up does not have all medicinal allergies or health history. There is a section for notes, would be nice if it could be put there.

Recession charting should move along in perio chart

It is time consuming and annoying to have to manually move to the next area when charting recession measurements instead of moving automatically along as it does when perio charting pocket measurements.

Allow to create an explosion code. multi code that gives cash price as opposed to usual and customary price

We would like to create an explosion code for implants that includes all codes, but offer a cash price. Right now when you create an explosion code, it only allows you to use the usual and customary /office fee

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

when entering allergies in the system-have it automatically put alert/pop up attached to that allergy/drug

This would be helpful instead of having to put the alert on every individual chart or missing the alert entirely.
