Attach educational document to procedure
Patients MUST have informed consent and part of that is educating them on the procedures they're agreeing to have done. We need a way to attach a PDF to a procedure that prints with a treatment plan.

Being able to notate what Med is for when being setup.
When you setup a new medication it does not give the option to attach what it is for. You have to put the note under each individual patient.

Tooth Chart on printed tx plan show Left/Right for pt since it seems opposite to them
When a patient looks at the tooth chart on the printed treatment plan, Left and Right are opposite of what they would think it would be. I write it on for them so they correctly know which side we will be working on.

Allow staff to be able to make clinical notes under their own user ID
Our assistants do the impressions for our patients night guards, sports guard, whiting tray etc. The DDS' only check the work. The assistants should be able to make a note in the clinical chart under their own user ID instead of the default DDS. I...

Make a commonly used code list
CDT codes should be viewable in a frequency of usage ranked list - that is, the most commonly used codes are at the top of the list of perhaps the 10, 20, or 50 most-used codes.
