Allow Logged-in User to be Default Selection for All Clinical Notes

Many notes inadvertently get put under the wrong provider. This would be a significant QOL improvement. Thanks!

Auto Generate Lab Case For Certain Codes

Where you edit the service codes, there should be a check mark for "lab case" which, ideally, would force a lab slip to pop up for you to fill out when posting code completed.

Please eliminate the spell check that does not work nor can be removed, when my spell check ingages I can no long type numbers! This is a major flaw!
