Streamline template use for notes

For efficiency purposes it would be helpful to save note templates through Dentrix so we are able to click and drag each template into the patients notes to then finalize them.

See who made a flag/alert

Our office would love to be able to see who made a flag or alert for a certain patient. It would be beneficial to see the history of who is doing what to be corrected.

Health History - Put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts

Please put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts. Just like when you are looking at the Health History. If the note symbol isn't there you have no idea if it has any notes attached.

Show patient birthdate at top of patient chart

It is a bit cumbersome to have to get out of a patient chart to find their date of birth in the family file. It would be nice to have it show in the top bar next to the Patient Name.

Perio charting

When we print out the perio charting the boxes we see on the computer do not print out on the paper. This is much easier to see when the box is around the pocket number when need to stand out.

Default lab procedure code

When we enter a procedure code for a space maintainer in the patient chart, there is a drop down code for the Lab Fee. I have attached some screenshots. There are 3 choices we choose from for this lab code. We would like to change the default code...
