When a patient lists their medications on the Questionaire form, there needs to be a way for the list to auto-feed into the patient's health history in Dentrix

Clinical notes

Assistants and front desk personnel should be able to make clinical notes with out being under a provider. If we are doing a comfort call or calling about a balance on an account it shouldn't go under a provider ID.

Send a copy of the treatment plan to the doc center when printed for the patient (just like the bills are sent to office journal when printed).

A feature that allows for bulk treatment plan rejections (such as plans over a certain time period)

This would be helpful for anyone taking over a practice that was not keeping up with rejected plans. Going thru one by one will take forever and staff does not have the time to spend on such a time consuming project.

charting for root tips as a condition

We would like to be able to chart root tips as a condition, and have a graphic for it. This would be a more accurate documentation of the condition of the mouth, enabling accurate treatment planning.
