It would be nice if you can pin point exactly where a filling is ie... #3 has an occlusal filling but only in the distal pit on the occlusal. Instead of the filling covering the whole occlusal surface it would be nice if you could right click that occlusal filling and choose mesial pit, distal pit, mesial cusp tip or distal cusp tip lingual or facial.
