When doing a bridge, having the ability to chart a pontic as 2 pontics when needed because space is too large for one.

Partial replacing missing teeth

When missing teeth are marked & patient gets a partial to replace those missing teeth it needs to show up in the chart that it is replacing those missing teeth just like it does for the denture.

Have clinical notes associated with tooth numbers so when you click on a tooth in the chart it also shows the clinical notes associated with it.

Medical History conditions viewed vertically

Currently, all the medical conditions are listed in alphabetical order horizontally. Patients are confused because most people read from the top to the bottom (vertically) instead of horizontally. Please fix this ASAP.
