Treatment plan Print Treatment Case - apply deductible only

When printing the Treatment Case, it would be nice to have separate check boxes for Use Dental Plan Maximum AND a separate check box for Use Dental Plan Deductible, currently there is only one check box for both.

Display the tooth number on date stamp in Chart Notes.

When a tooth number is mentioned on the clinical notes, it would be extremely efficient to see the tooth number displayed by the date stamp for each clinical note, or at least show the tooth number while hovering over the date.

Old lab cases once archived are hard to access

When a tooth restoration is done, it should go into the chart completed and with the shade, possibly when you click on the restoration. Material also that is noted such as Emax, Celtra, porcelain etc

Add the feature to view all note template prompts in one window on Dentrix G6, and G7 (this feature is already available on Dentrix Enterprise).
