Batched item report

If a batched claim is deleted by mistake. It can easily be forgotten. There should be a report that can list all batched claims that has nit been sent.

Sort output of Payroll Report

Either make the report exportable as well as printable, or have the print system recognize the sort on screen. Currently it prints in a nonsensical or even random order.

report to gather what percent of patients have a specific insurance company

this would allow the office to know the most used insurances in an office. That would allow you to decide whether to participate or not. Whether or not to terminate participation due to the amount you are or are not seeing.

Running Reports with Patient without an appointment

We could use a report that tells us patients with treatment plans who currently do not have any appointment scheduled. This would greatly help with reactivation into hygiene of patients that have diagnosed treatment unscheduled

If we are in-network with many PPO insurances companies it would help us make a decision of dropping or keeping a particular insurance company if profits are low.

When having to project revenue for the upcoming month, it would be helpful if we could run a report that can show scheduled production for providers/ provider groups. i.e Hygiene department vs. DDS

eDex

I have called Dentrix for support of eDex after an update. I couldn't make changes to contacts or add a new one. I was told that eDex is no longer supported. If not supported, why not do away with it.
