Referral Module improvements: Our industry would benefit greatly if you could develop a way to merge any “referred out” procedures and patient images as we build our referral letters. Currently, we are only aware of the ability to merge the “referred to” provider thru the merge fields in Microsoft word. I have contacted customer support and they have confirmed that there currently isn’t a formula to pull the patients “referred out” procedure into our referral letters. I really appreciate you considering this and would enjoy helping you help other Dental practices in the future.
