Our practice requested for phone numbers to be required when booking appointments online through our website - unable to get this done after putting in multiple request as the program is "hard coded" with this preset. We ask that an update be made to have this changed - our practice has many "ghost" patients scheduled into our office hours and end up not showing up. We are unable to contact them as they do not provide any contact information when booking the appointment online. Thank you
