There are a number of forms an Existing patient may need to complete. Utilizing an IPAD is ideal. However using the existing patient option, the patient may be required to complete each document to advance to the next document, even if they do not need to complete the form. Ideally the patient could select the needed form and compete it. simple. Not having to click through ones not needed and worse they need to fill them out to advance to next document. For both, new and existing, a list of documents should be listed, selection take place, complete and then upload to their file. This should be a basic function for Dentrix for efficiency , accuracy, sustainability (reduction of paper) and privacy. Thank you.
