When viewing eligibility details for a patient’s insurance, it does not include what I am looking for or it cannot be accessed. Every January, I get the new fee schedules and benefit details for every insurance we are contracted with. I will attach that information into the insurance maintenance toolbar for every group number. This will help save time and differentiate group insurance numbers.
