It's nice to be able to search for specific tooth or condition in the notes. For example search tooth number (to bring up all of the clinical notes concerning that specific tooth) or search a word like "crack" to bring up past findings and discussions. It's very cumbersome to search something specific currently since each note is listed in it's own drop-down box.
