We are unable to add or edit medications in the health history module, Patients do NOT always take prescriptions, they take over the counter vitamins and supplements and all of them being marked as *critical pop up alerts by default is not necessary. Also losing the ORIGINAL medications and supplements that were entered MANUALLY prior to the update are completely missing or available in this medications tab.
