Currently, there is no way to identify who made specific changes to a patient’s family file. Today we encountered an issue where some individuals were merged into a family incorrectly, but we were unable to determine who performed the action. Implementing an audit trail or change log would allow administrators to review when and by whom modifications (such as merges, edits, or deletions) were made. This would greatly improve accountability and help in troubleshooting similar issues in the future. Please refer to case 05398827 for more details
