I know how to add attachments to a claim but sometimes I want to verify I selected the correct item. For example, I want to check that I added the correct x-ray to the claim. Currently, I have to delete the x-ray attachment and go through the process of re-adding. And if the claim has already been submitted, I have not way to see what the attachment(s) contained. In addition, the only attachment types that are "written" to the Doc Center are the File Acquire and Screen Capture types. This suggested feature would help when Insurance companies say they "didn't receive attachment X". So again, I would have not way to confirm what was sent. Thank you.

Great Idea and is Needed and Appreciated Time saver. The correct process for sending accurate claims to dental plans is to check and verify all information and supporting documentation which includes (PDF's, Diagnosis & Treatment Explanations, Radiographs) before hitting the send button to submit. Inaccurate claims will be delayed as corrections will need to be made after submitting instead of the opportunity to correct any errors before sending claims. Therefore, This suggestion is very helpful for claims submission accuracy.
