It would be nice if we could add patients to the ASAP list who aren't currently scheduled. Once a patient is added to the ASAP list it would be nice if there was a preference filter to sort out what days, times, dates, providers they prefer. Once that filter has been prepared it would be nice to have some sort of alert to pop up on the schedule when something meets the criteria. For example, if Ms. Jones prefers a Wednesday at 12:00 and I just took Mr. Smith off for this upcoming Wednesday at 12:00 a pop up would alert me that I have a patient to fill the spot. Alternatively, if we couldn't have a pop up, it would still be nice if we had a way to filter in the ASAP list.
Our schedule is so booked out that we have patients on a cancellation list for a 6 mo appointment. It would be nice if those cancellation list requests didn't show up with the ones that need to be seen in the next few days/weeks.
