It would be nice to have more options within the treatment plan. We often have patients who want to place the plan on hold. There should able the option to accept or reject by ins and patient. I also find the reports one note. It would be nice to be able to pull them based on: Txt plan on hold, accepted, and codes. It is crazy that we need to create a custom report/ letter. I have been a software trainer for another software and all of the options exist under the one area. This system creates to much redundancy
