Being able to provide a graphic chart with specific date ranges for progress notes is very helpful with trying to provide other providers specific date information. Only including certain procedures, tx plan, completed work, and existing conditions that were put into pt. chart during a specific date range doesn't provide the recipient with full information about the patient.
