If a walk-out statement at the end of the appointment it will print the future appointments for the entire family It prints the date, the time, but also the services scheduled. Due to HIPAA one spouse should not be able to see the other spouse's services. The only way around that is to put spouses on separate family files. If it just printed date and time that would be okay.

Agree, but that said, why not just have the option of printing a patient walkout vs family walkout. We have patients question why the guarantor is their spouse when we are printing for them. The same should be true with statements, saved credit cards, and payment agreements.
