Communications such as SMS, Email, and third-party vendors show as an exclamation point icon / type: Reminder in the office journal. We request that this default be able to be modified with other types within office journal as communications go out or in, i.e. use type: phone instead of reminder for the phone icon to show. Also, having other types that can be set as defaults would be beneficial. *Manually changing the sms and email notifications in office journal from reminder to phone is cumbersome and inefficient.
