It would be beneficial to have a way to pull a full list of appointments for patients of a certain type of insurance. Using the custom list allows you to pull a list of patient's appointments for a specific insurance but it only shows you their NEXT appointment and not all appointments they have in the entered date range. Having the ability to see all the appointments would give a useful tool for assuring authorizations for that specific insurance is completed before the patients scheduled appointment. At the moment if a patient is scheduled on the first of the month it won't show if they have another appointment on the 3rd, which may also need an authorization.
