If a patient called to make an appointment. Dentrix should be able to detect if the patient is a new patient, current patient or former patient without creating a duplicate file. Basically if DOB, First and Last name matches there should be a warning to notify that this patient exist. I know this can be done because our office use to use Perio Vision as a software and it those have a warning. If SS# is the same it also give a warning. Perio Vision is HS product. Get this done please!
