You have the fee schedule system so messed up now, it's pulling the incorrect fees no matter what fee schedule you're attached to. AND you decided to make it MORE complicated yet, & added in an extra step for us to do on 550 patients by individually having to change each fee schedule manually to our office fee schedule. a HUGE waste of time & effort. It should automatically be set to your OFFICE fee schedule unless you want to change it to something else. which would be a lot fewer times, than choosing OFFICE for everyone -past-present- & future.
PLUS you made the new patient intake form a lot harder, less user friendly, & more time consuming. You might have a lot of time on your hands to waste coming up with ways to make us work harder, but the rule is, WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER. Did you all not try out the 2 different methods yourselves to see how much harder & more time consuming it was???? You really should, before just giving us more to do.
