Insurances are having their claims processed by automated systems that are seeing the quantity as 3 and the total fee as if it is per each item so they are denying the claims. (Ex: D0230 - 3 - $60) Then we need to dispute the decision which is time consuming and frustrating. Please give us an option to have each item listed individually so that the fee matches and this will stop happening. Thank you.
