Issue #1 There are times our office may want to provide a patient with two options for a specialist referral like extraction D7210 and easily track that referral. As of vrsion 25.15 Our only known options are:
1 - Eter the procedure twice and assign those codes to each of the specialist
2- enter the procedure code with specialist #1 print it...then change referral name to specialist #2 print again. manual note somewhere in chart the name of the first specialist.

When printing a referral, the information in "Additional Notes" does not save anywhere. Please allow this information to be saved with referral. Days or weeks later a patient may ask for a copy of a referral...that "Additional Notes" is NOT included in on the reprinted copy

-Request #5 - Allow office to customize referral
Add issuing office email
Remove patient address
Custom message field " i.e Patient must return to our office to seat immediate denture"
