Please change the new patient "status" back to having options. Our communications system does not recognize any patient marked as "new patient". We are unable to communicate with them to remind them of an appointment. It is very frustrating that they do not receive their reminders and we are unable to text them. This is creating extra work that is unnecessary. Prior to the update, this was not an issue.

Agreed! Even it the "patient status" was editable in the new screen, that would be helpful, but it is stuck on "New Patient". So frustrating.
