This is not a new idea, but posting here because one of your techs provided the link. We have a customer who is experiencing repeat issue of the Sidexis Icon in the Patient Chart disappearing and re-installation is needed to temporarily fix the issue. Random computers would need this as time passes. We get repeat calls once or twice a week.
