Patients family file is stating that patient has not met deductible , when In fact they have met their deductible for the year, and Under patient insurance and in the deductibles/maximum section it is showing the patient has met their deductible , but it is only stated under the " Individual Lifetime met", which does not show that the deductible is met when you're viewing the family file.
