The new updated way of creating new patient profiles has locked the first visit date and is causing major problems. Also the new method of entering in a document form is not helpful or simpler, bring back creating a Family File the old way so edits, copy and paste etc can be used again. The new way takes so much longer, is not user friendly, does not allow copy and paste. It also grandfathered any other new patients and gave them a first visit date whether that was accurate or not and will not let us change it. This change is beyond frustrating for the Admin users. It also means that the NP Lists give us incorrect stats if patients did not show or come in.

We don't like the new family file! We need to be able to edit the first visit date at any time! We count our new patients at their first prophy not at their first time in the office. PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD FAMILY FILE!! PLEASE ALLOW US TO EDIT THE FIRST VISIT DATE!! Thank you
We count our New Patients according to when their first prophy is...NOT the first time they walk in the office. Please allow us to change the First Visit date again so we can keep our New Patient numbers correct!!
Change it back to the old way! That update was not a good one!!
This new method is bad. Time consuming. please revert how it was before. this is one area that did not need fixing.
