Sometimes I get more info after a claim is locked or realize I did not put sufficient notes and want to add additional notes but can not because the claim is locked or in history. I understand not being able to delete or change notes but it would be nice to be able to add additional notes.

This goes for anything on the ledger. Sometimes I realize the pt did not have a procedure like fl after the claim is locked but can not put a note directly on the procedure or claim. I just have to put an adjustment on the claim with a note on that. Sometimes, I have additional history I would like to note on a procedure but can not because it is in history.
