DentaLink could use some enhancements. DentaLink seems to lose its connection quite often and staff end up not wanting to use it because we're always having to troubleshoot and reset connections - making us want to opt for a different service like Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. I think this could be solved it were integrated better into the software, more as a module like Family File, Ledger, etc. Other enhancement suggestions:
Allow group messaging
Should pop-up automatically when someone logs-in and close when they log out (don't tie it to a specific workstation, tie it to the login/user)
Save conversation history
Force to front of screen when new message is received
