It would be really useful to be able to view each patient's appointments history. This would include history of deleted appointments. There are times when patients will call well in advance that we do not keep or post those appointments as cancelled. This would create ease when the patient calls back later to reschedule. It would tell us what they were scheduled for, how long the visit was, and which doctor they were scheduled with.
