Wish there was a way to label the clinical notes either by title or header so that we don't have to go back and read every single note in patient chart just to find the tooth number or area I am working on. All it has is the date and time stamp and provider name. Not a way to say for example (tooth #14) or (UL area).
There has to be a more simple way of being able to title the notes, thank you

A great update would be to click on a tooth in the chart and all tx pops up
