currently, any insurance changes: termination, or new insurance added or (removed), has not track record. Please consider attaching a default "note" that automatically shows up as a ledger note OR journal note.
This is a great idea. It would be nice to have it appear clearly right in the patient's ledger. I don't want to click on a "note", I want it to be visibly seen when reading down through the ledger when these insurances changes occurred.
