When printing the patient visit forms vs. the Routeslip, having the appointment reasons "initial" (the quick buttons) to be displayed in the patient visit forms. The only other way they will appear is if we go into the chart, enter as a treatment plan, then go back into the appt then select "add tx"; this will help us reduce time when scheduling and be more efficient.
