Having Edex Button in the patient appt located near Notes/Insert Dateline and/or able to insert a template. When scheduling an appt there are series of questions we ask the patient when scheduling like: Insurance information, who referred the patient or an explanation of the tooth ache.
We would like to have a quick button that we can click on and it will insert a mini template that we can just ask the questions while on the phone. This will allow us more time and minimize having to click out of appt.
Example:
When patients call we use an intake form with all these questions. We have it currently available in EDEX but have to cut copy and paste it into the appt then ask the questions.
