Fix Faircom DB SQL Server Excessive Memory Usage

We have quite a few offices that have been experiencing severe slowness due to the Faircom DB SQL Server consuming an excessive amount of memory (see attached picture).

This can be resolved by manually stopping and starting the dentrix server process however this is not sustainable. This issue happens every few weeks and sometimes during a business day.

We ask that this is fixed in future releases or a script be provided to stop and start the Dentrix server process automatically.

Dentrix version is 25.1.0.31173 but this has been an issue since version 24.

We have the same exact problem.

The amount of memory taken by this process is BIGGER than the entire database itself. It doesn't make sense.

The only solution is to "start over" by getting everyone out of Dentrix, stopping the Dentrix Server Process and restarting it, but it will do the same thing again: Run up the memory usage.
