Create an Appointment without creating a family file
This will be very helpful because sometimes new patients don't come to the appointment and the family files are still on the database and to delete this family files it takes more time
We don't like the new family file! We need to be able to edit the first visit date at any time! We count our new patients at their first prophy not at their first time in the office. PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD FAMILY FILE!! PLEASE ALLOW US TO EDIT THE FIRST VISIT DATE!! Thank you
Yes this new update has been causing a lot of problems in our office. Please switch back to the old way of creating a new patient appointment without having to create a family file. Its too messy if the patient does not make the appointment and they are now in the system. Then if they call to schedule again, we will most likely make another new patient appointment and have two of the same patients. This is a problem when we go to take x-rays, put in insurance, work up treatment if we grab the wrong patient file!!!! Change it back please!!!!!
We like to create the family file chart once the patient WALKS through that door. If they don't then we just delete the appointment and they do not get added to the database. Can it get switched back. Thanks
Alot of patients do not keep their appt and we cannot delete the appt since we are a specialist office that accepts alot of referrals. The referring dentist tends to call and ask about their cancelled patient and why they are not coming. We would like to keep the appt but not have the family file Chart # create. PLEASE CREATE AN OPTION TO NOT CREATE A FAMILY FILE CHART # UNTIL THE PATIENT COME IN AS A PATIENT.
