We were excited to find that adding allowed amounts in the payment table made our In-network Delta treatment plans correct, however when we went to the Ledger and the family billing type box it shows the patient owes the amount of the write off. Although the patient will owe $0 it still prints a walkout statement and a regular statement for the patient stating they owe the write off amount. We hope this gets fixed ASAP!
If this could be corrected then the allowed amount in the payment table would work perfectly and solve alot of issues for our practice. The Ledger would be correct and we could then print correct treatment plans and statements.
Is anyone else having this issue?
