To improve clarity, inactive items should be visually differentiated—such as being greyed out, italicized, or both—within the Health History module. This visual distinction would make it easier for clinicians to quickly identify which entries are no longer current, without needing to rely solely on the status text.
This change would support more efficient and accurate medical history reviews, reduce potential misunderstandings with patients, and help maintain a more organized and professional presentation of the patient’s medical history. It would also encourage users to retain historical data instead of deleting entries, preserving important context for future care decisions.
